The Swan Inn Horndon On The Hill

7 of us visited on Mother's Day. Had a beautiful 3 course meal. Food was excellent, service was excellent, in particular the young man with the dark hair, who really looked after us. Could not fault and would definitely return.

I came yesterday for lunch with friends and everyone was impressed with the choices on the menue and the friendly atmosphere, excellent presentation of the food which was delicious. Also our server Victoria was very helpful, friendly and made our experience perfect.

The pub/ snug was warm, comfy, and dog friendly! The food was good, but the price was a bit steep... Sunday roast and 2 small deserts, with a drink each, 75£...a shame, as would have made it a regular Sunday stop!

I really like the Swan pub. It does what it says on the tin. Nice choice of drinks, the food is great value, tastes very nice, and the service is excellent. Highly recommended the Salt and Pepper squid. Next time we'll be back to try the Thursday Thai night, plus give the Sunday roast a crack one day. Thank you to the Swan for a nice evening.

Sunday dinner yesterday afternoon was amazing. Delicious large portions with all of the trimmings plus lots of veg. So tasty. Customer Service from Julie all of the team was excellent :
