Feedback gevenYesterday, was Mother's Day and we had a terrible experience at the Myrtle Beach location. We live in Myrtle Beach and have visited the steak house multiple times, but this time was a huge disappointment. Through it all, servers Sam and Reginold were awesome and tried to improve a bad situation. We are disappointed the management team was not attentive enough to proactively address customers and get in front of the kitchen's problems.
The kitchen staff was so far behind with orders that we waited 1.5 hours for our food. Other patrons were complaining as well and some were all but falling asleep at their tables. A disappointing experience and we will not be returning.
The food was wonderful and the service was outstanding until our order got lost. We were not served for close to 90 minutes after ordering. The manager did apologize profusely and comp much of our bill, but not a great experience on Mothers Day.
We were there for 3 hours or more just waiting for our food. It was overbooked and overpriced for our experience and food. We went for a special night to celebrate Mother's Day and it was not a good time. They need to limit reservations and hire more staff.
Salmon dry, baked potato tepid had to send back. Took awhile to get a new potato but no new accompaniments. This would have been a big disappointment save the excellent personable service provided by Kayla, our server the thoughtful carnation provided for Mothers Day.
