CUSTOMER’S BEWARE…..my wife and I celebrated my birthday with dinner at The Library last night. We had been there before and although the prices are high, we enjoyed our first visit. THAT ALL changed last night. The waiter asked if we would like water…..I replied, “yes”. Waiter, “Sparkling or Still”? I reply, “Still” (assuming sparkling had a cost). Absolutely fantastic dining experience! We felt pampered from the moment we walked in the door until we left. This was a wonderful place to spend our 4th anniversary dinner. We had steak Diane and au poivre, both of which were cooked table side by our server, and easily ranks in the top 5 best steaks I've ever had. Highly recommend, and come hungry

Our meal was made even more enjoyable due to the attentiveness of our server Ryan Fischer. He answered all our questions concerning the menu since this was our first experience at The Library. He carefully explained the appetizer and dinner entrées specials for the evening. Loved his tableside preparation for the Caesar salad and cherries jubilee. We will return and ask to be seated in his section if he is available that evening.

Food and service was up to par. The ombiance with the video fire place was a little cheesy. If your going to 88 keys afterwards to listen to jazz call ahead. Last night was a ” Billy Joel” like pianist, disappointing! Also they up charge $60.00 for a decent bottle of wine. Won't be back soon.

This is the first French restaurant that my wife and I have been to. The service personnel and exceeded all of my expectations. The food was fantastic, wait staff were friendly and gave excellent recommendations, and the atmosphere was very romantic. I actually feel bad that I didnt take pictures of the food after reading other reviews. This restaurant deserves 5 stars.
