Food is usually really good unless they leave it sitting there forever if you placed a mobile order because they apparently can't place it on the to go section outside. The customer service is awful and let's not talk about how they're so uncoordinated that they can only take one car at a time here. If there's multiple cars be ready to sit for awhile because they don't act like a fast food restaurant. Hell captain Ds is faster than this place! If you can't work a fast food restaurant and keep up, please don't work it at all then. Edit: The lady with acne on her face, she's great. She works her butt off compared to the others for the front. She honestly I'd the only one to do anything and keep it going. She deserves a raise or position raise.

Very rude service, the manager on duty was talking about a customer in the drive thru that was deadline with a disrespectful child. That isn’t any of the managers concern at all. She needs to have better customer service and worry about her job instead of a parent and there child.

Place forgot my food sat there for almost an hour after placing my order with an autistic kid. That was hungry, and they forgot his food Didn't get the kid's meal or the chocolate milk. That was there like. I watch people get their food and leave as I'm still sitting there and they go oh. We're placed in your order now after I place my order around nine o'clock Bad service

The drive through line always takes like 20 minutes with only a couple of cars in it. Do better zaxbys.

It took 30min to get our food after ordering. The drive through is soooo slow.
