Denny's - Horseheads

Good service. The food was excellent. My coffee cup was never empty. I had dressed geese and cheese and bacon that we have in perfect proportion. The bathrooms were perfect. Not super clean, but not so dirty I refused to use them. Usually toilet paper on the floor and washbasin that are needed to be wiped off.

Good food, we had a good server (Danielle) But every other server SUCKED. A waiter called over the dining room to his table and asked questions. We asked another server for a Togo cup, she gave us one with a setting.

The service was excellent. The food is as good as to expect from a chain diver. All right, but don't knock your socks well. However, the whole waiting staff was very friendly and attentive. We spent a very long time chatting as a group good after our meal was over and the waitress even came by to see if we needed something else. Very pleasant.

Where do I start?? I love Denny 's visiting new locations every month..but this was by far WORST one ever!! First as I walked in with my family I could feel the racist stares from the employee 's the eye rolls, I 'm guessing they don 't see much minorities. 2nd i had to shout out loud can I get help here after waiting over 10mins for the hostess to get up to seat us after she was watching us walk in not greeting us. Had I not asked for help I would 've been standing there waiting with my child hungry being ignored. 3rd the drinks were watered down inside FILTHY cups utensils were dirty..The manager Jake was nice apologized but still horrible experience with my family. Food was undercooked oily..If it wasn 't a sin to throw away food I would 've, but we were hungry..I warn all if you aren 't a local resident, turn away eat somewhere else..I hope corporate does something about this..I posted 1 receipt from my personal order..Waitress was nice but overworked..poor girl smh

Great late night to eat. Today we had a great server. He was very attentive and fast. I had a burger that was tasty and perfectly cooked with an egg. It was pretty delicious. I also upgraded to onion rings that were also a Yam up. I would definitely recommend eating here.
