Feedback gevenI bought the endless shrimp option at $21.99 by the app for board pickup. It is always one of my personal favorites, and it never disappoints! It's just delicious! I don't get there often, so it's always a treat. Many choices to please the seafood lovers!
Very disappointed. It won't go back. She called the manager and she didn't care. Three questions First, we submitted an order that comprised two participants. The brussel sprouts were excellent. The Hummerkartoffel was terrible. Please see the attached picture. It was only garbage with a single piece of meat, and very little sauce congealing at the bottom of an oversized container second. Give it on board. It won't happen. They just don't get out. We waited five minutes and then went in. We spent $15 and expected some cookies. They have always given us in the past. They refuse to call politics this time. I called the manager. She was pleasant, Terse, and it was obviously not important. I understand why the place is 2/3 empty on a Friday night
Everything tasted good. But the crab soup didn't really like it. Bread was hot and soft. The diner plate is a good offer for $35. Host was attentive and seemed overwhelmed with service everyone when she was the only Sunday night
Just had no great experience in the last three or four times. I tried to give them the advantage of a doubt. Most of the orders to go. I had better experience eating at the restaurant. If I order the take-out and give a tip before I even get my food, I expect it to be satisfactory. Extremely small portion size bowls of soup to go, I got two whole cookies for two people, and not to mention the food I ordered was very bland and the seafood was not good. I couldn't even get the remains of meat from the lobster. Long story short, the manager at the time I spoke with was more than willing to make it better. They took my email down instead of offering a refund that says it would be easier and faster, I haven't heard anything yet. It's been days ago, I asked for the e-mail a few days later, and another manager said they'd send something to get to the ground, and I still have to hear from someone. At this point, it would have been easier for a refund. Not only complain to complain, I would like to think that I give companies a fair amount of opportunities. At this point, I don't even care about the refund. I'm just disappointed.
Placed a curbside to pick up at 1:30, still sitting here with no answer 15 mins later from their pick up line, texted here to the automated message, nothing is happening. Food fixing to be cold before I even get it and apparently no one is working here at the moment. It?s a Sunday?. We?re 24 minutes into a curbside pick up line that no one is picking up. I?d have been inside by now but I have three small kids in the car, hence curbside pickup?. Hung up and dialed again?nothing but a wait line with no answer. Getting agitated now? pick up time was 30 minutes ago?kids are screaming in the back seat?. Still no food. Now hungry and mad I?d drive off but they make you pay to place the order Send help. I?m never doing this again. This is my first curbside pick up experience Update- the pasta dishes were dry and literally had NO sauce it is straight pasta and shrimp ? and the appetizer dip was old and gross. Also, the order was over an hour late as shown in curbside text pics. I never write review is but I have never wasted time and money like this before
