Starbucks - Horseheads

The drive-thru service can be very slow, especially during busy times. Be prepared to wait up to half an hour if you decide to come. I held off on posting this review to see if it was a consistent issue, and unfortunately, it was. This is often why I avoid stopping here. On the bright side, the drinks are consistently good and the staff are excellent. Prices are average, so I recommend going inside to place your order. It's a nice atmosphere in there.

I ordered coffee in advance and ended up waiting 25 minutes, seemingly due to a lack of staff. However, I must commend Tristan, the employee who was working. They truly deserved at least triple their pay; they were handling an impressive number of drinks simultaneously—at least five! As someone who has worked in high-volume bars, I was thoroughly impressed by their efficiency. It really looked like Tristan was hustling and effectively doing the work of three or more people.

I visited to try the new sandwich and the new butter, but unfortunately, they were out of both. On a positive note, we received fast service, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The staff was also very friendly.

This is hands down the most inclusive and most amazing Starbucks I have ever been too !! They are fast but exact and all the staff are smiling... All-around an amazing experience !!! Thank you to everyone !!! You guys are amazing keep up the good work !!

Eric is incredibly knowledgeable and has a lovely personality. I'm not a big Starbucks person but I'd go back just for the quality of service.
