Feedback gevenWe booked a tble two days before the time. the service was good. the crew was also responsive. her mixed sushi was really good. the place is easy to find.
I was all two weeks here, but now I'm debating. I honestly don't know if the owner takes care of their customers and manipulates. my bf and I always take ad libitum gron menu, and every time we order we feel how we disturb them. I don't know, maybe we'll eat too much after their opinion, but if they don't eat anything but anything they can eat, they've probably already made a risk analysis and know that some people could eat more than others, although we never ordered so much that it was upset. Anyway, personally, I feel worried when I have to order there because of the way it is treated. for example once after the order she told us that you know it's 24 pieces, right? can you eat that? , we were like omg, did she just tell us that she counts and we eat too much?! another time, we ordered and she understood wrong, so she brought us completely different, so we politely told her that it was a misunderstanding, but she came and told us very defensiw that no, so we have ordered. I was shocked by her reaction, and after she told her quietly that we often come here and we always order the same, she decided to bring us what we wanted. I understand that she is probably proud of what she does, but it is people to be wrong from time to time, or how about that her customer is always right? we still like the sushi in there, although there is too much rice in comparison to fish ratio, and their menu is not very varied, fishy mostly thunfish and laks and their tempura is simply great, but it becomes a bit unpleasant that every time we go, there is something that ruins it. I also don't know, but 100dkk for two glasses of water seems to be overpriced. I usually go somewhere because I don't like eating; Unfortunately, this is the first place I will stop because of customer service.
We drove from vejle for ad libitum to order sushi, as there are only rolling sushi in vejle. we had a table booked and ordered a couple of dinge in advance in considering this the service was quite slow to start. the sushi...taste good, not excellent, but the presentation was not great. the waiting staff was inviting, but seemed to be somewhat irritated when we ordered more sushi. and if I don't order tempura garnel, I don't really want to get a big bowl of it to fill me! all in all, beautiful enough, but I do not think that I would make a special trip to horsens, because it will stay at sushi restaurants in vejle or ad libitum at a visit in kopenhagen
I've been here twice. while the first time the waitress was on our commands and everything went smoothly, the second time I went was quite disappointing. I booked a table online and gave them a presentation of what we would order. when we came, they had a few sushi ready to serve. it seemed, however, that they had given us some rest of the day, not very fresh. because we have begun to order more, so they brought us the next time the temporur and our choice of sushi, everything was very good. the only problem was that the waitress, once we finished, took a rather rude attitude to ask if we are finished or we think we will order more because the kitchen was closed. mmmmkay, of course we wanted more, we were there 30 minutes. we ordered one last time, and while the sushi was very good, the tempura garnelen was so oily, it made us sick. the point is the sushi is great, I love it, but the staff is very unfriendly and comes out as rude. I felt like I would disturb her at the order, which is not normal, because I paid a lot of btw and I didn't ask anything from the ordinary. I don't think I'm gonna eat in there, I'm probably just gonna take the order away.
We made reservations as we were attending a show at Horsens Ny Teater, which is situated right across from the restaurant. We booked well in advance, and since we had an early show the restaurant suggested a chef's surprise sushi to have the kitchen started...in time for our show, not having to wait for us to order. Excellent idea, great service so far. We arrived and were seated by a not very welcoming staff. We felt that we were somewhat in the way of their working day. The waitress also commented on the fact the we chose to sit next to each other instead of across from each other. Very odd indeed. We ordered beverages both just ice water, which set us back 10 Euro. Alright. We received the first dish not from the waitress, but someone from the kitchen who introduced the food. Very nice tempura, seaweed salat and edamame beans. Nice. So far so got. The waitress then served the main course, an assortment of sushi a la chef without any explanation or comment. Considering that they had chosen for us, we found that rather strange and given the non welcoming attitude of the waitress we decided not to ask. The sushi was mediocre at best we have both had way better. Strangely 8 out of the 24 rolls were rolled in nuts peanut or something . That got a bit old so we left 3 pieces. I proceeded to settle the bill 80 Euro. That included a 2 Euro penalty for leaving 3 pieces on the plate. No one had informed us, and we were just tired of eating the same thing. I would not recommend anyone wasting money in this place.
