The Black Jug - Horsham

What a sound! I was looking for somewhere where my mother and I could eat and found the black jug to be excellent. warm inside, we sat next to the log fire and a nice heart took his time to explain what for me on the menu (I have allergies), I didn't feel rushed or unpleasant and eating was fantastic. the little dessert with a hot option was delicious and I will come back as if I am not local, it is worth the trip:D

Nice and cosy pub, very delicious food, great drinks. Great service, nice staff. Excellent choice in Horsham. Cosy courtyard.

Have a lovely evening with a delicious dinner with my partner after coming back from Gatwick airport by train, we decided to break the journey half way. We live in the Portsmouth area. We stopped at this beautiful, cozy and unique pub near Horsham train station and we were not surprised this venue was listed in the good beer guide. A great selection of ales, lager, ciders, wines, other beverages and a varied menu. The staff were welcoming, efficient and friendly. We would like to come back again. Keep up the good work. First time in lunching at the Black Jug Horsham. Although busy service was good and we were not pushed to eat and go, like so many restaurants. Food arrived hot and surprisingly the portions were very good eg. large portions.

Lovely pub, which was not at all noisy, even though it was pretty full. The staff are ever so friendly and efficient. Food was sumptuous definitely recommend the pies and the fish and chips. Not bad value for money either. Would definitely go again.
