The service provided by the servers at Dunkin' Donuts in Horsham, PA, USA was pleasant and excellent. I look forward to visiting them again and highly recommend this location.

The young man working behind the counter was friendly and had a good sense of humor. Overall, it was a positive experience.

We visited this restaurant for the first time last night, but it definitely won't be the last. We had a fantastic evening with excellent service, delicious food, and great drinks at a reasonable price. We will definitely be returning soon.

I enjoy using the mobile order option at this Dunkin' location. My order was ready when I arrived, and I was pleasantly surprised when they told me they were out of extra-large cups for my iced tea and gave me two larger cups instead. The customer service was excellent! I give the new crew a 10/10 rating.
