Subway - Horsham

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we experienced the worst service at this restaurant. A rude teenage boy with a lack of imagination provided poor service. The kitchen was clean, but the dining room floor and tables were filthy and repulsive.

We will not be returning in the future. The female employee was extremely rude when I requested more salad than what was given to me. It was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience due to this poor customer service. It seems like all the recent reviews echo the same sentiment. It's unfortunate that the owner isn't acknowledging this feedback.

We were looking for a quick and healthy meal on our way to visit family. Despite having had bad experiences at this restaurant in the past, we decided to give it another try only to be disappointed again. The menu options were very limited, with no gluten-free options or panini sandwiches available. When I asked for a salad, I was told they didn't have any. My husband requested his sandwich to be grilled, but it was cooked in a toaster instead. Every time we visited, they were out of certain items and the staff seemed uninterested and unprepared to fulfill our orders. We will not be returning to this Subway and cannot recommend it.

The service was shocking that we arrived and it was limited that no stock left workers were rude and were not willing to help, there was only one person working and they had to keep the way back for the stock so that the sandwiches lasted a long time...time would not recommend to go to this subway it was shameful.

I visited this subway for lunch today and it was beyond terrible. The staff member that served me had no name badge), was incredibly rude with absolutely no customer service skills. He rolled his eyes when I couldn’t hear him speak this being because...he made no eye contact and had his head down the whole time). The sub lacked ingredients and the bread was overdone. I won’t be going back here, nor will I be recommending it to anyone.
