Mcdonald's - Hoschton

I wish I could give this restaurant half a star. I don't understand why they would renovate and end up having even more problems serving their customers than before. I thought things couldn't get any worse, but I was clearly mistaken. This location has always been terrible, even before the pandemic.

Initially, the restaurant stated that they were no longer preparing fresh food due to closing soon. However, my order was still processed incorrectly. I was surprised to see the McRib served in a burger bun and was not aware of any time restrictions on serving fresh food.

This staff basically knows me personally because I used to go there so often. Never had an issue with them. They?re a lot faster and I never really have mess ups on my orders like I used to!

This was hands down the slowest drive-thru experience I have ever had. It takes longer to order my food here than it does for me to DoorDash Chick Fil-A from Chateau Elan. After waiting for 25 minutes, I still hadn't been able to place my order. This happens every single time.

Ordering at window with my app was easy. Food order was correct and I got through the drive-thru in a timely manner. I suggest anyone to come to this location. Mom and I come by here and get take out many times. And we don't regret it. Wonderful service.Keep it up. We will be coming back.
