After an hour's drive through heavy rain, we finally arrived at the right place on Wednesday evening, September 14, to find the place dark and closed. That should have been reported on the site!! I wouldn't take the risk again.
We sat at a table with a view of the kitchen. Nice to see the chefs at work. The decor is stylish and cozy. The service was smooth and friendly, but in English. They also understand French. We asked why that was, and apparently there are different nationalities, making English the simplest language. I asked for a port wine as an aperitif, but it wasn't available anymore. My wife requested a Virgin Mojito. It was there, but there was no fresh mint in it, which is the intention. The food was very good. A steak of sufficient size, perfectly cooked. They do follow the French custom of not adding any vegetables. A salad would have been nice. There is an extensive choice of vegetarian dishes. The Polenta with Grilled Vegetables was excellent. Quite a positive experience for a brasserie at a holiday park.
Don't eat here. You pay a lot and you get little. The quality of the food is very average. The service is far below par. No salad or vegetables with the food and no mayonnaise with the fries. A dessert was no longer served at 8:15 PM because the kitchen closes at 8:00 PM while there were still 3 staff at the bar doing nothing. Worthless.
