Feedback gevenRefused to use our rewards, that expire in one day, told us we had to order online. The food is always great, but they need to fix their rewards program.
Not so freaky fast on a slow evening. I've never waited over 6 minutes for a sub, not even in Dallas. Took 13 minutes and no one was in line inside, we were the only vehicle in drive thru. Not sure if extra prep work was being done. Delicious nonetheless.
They really make the best subs in Hot Springs, I highly recommend the hunters club, truly the freshest sandwich in town. And very polite employees every time I go there.
The food is great here the customer service not so much I accidentally placed an order for the next day and was trying to fix it, I went inside from the drive through and said I usually get an email if it has been voided and I haven't gotten that this gentleman slams down 2 pieces of paper in front of me and very rudely says well here is where I just voided it! Don't know what to tell you. Sad that this is the only jimmy John's. That man was so rude. I might not go back just because of him. Sad to say.
We walked in to the staff standing around. Not one person spoke to us. We stood there for a few minutes and decided to leave. That 's when multiple staff members said thanks for coming, come again . That was extremely rude. It felt like they just didn 't want to deal with customers that day.
