Feedback gevenWent to see the Christmas lights and ate here before going thru the lights. We had the Ooey Gooey Burger, the loaded potato soup and bread pudding. Everything was hot and made to perfection for a small outdoor food truck vibe. Great view. Cold outside but food stayed warm. Glad we ate
Family owned concession at Craven Gardens. It has a variety of menu items made to order. We were there during Christmas Lights on a fairly cold night. They had an assortment of soups which were wonderful and filling. The counter was fast and efficient. They do a great job.
The service here was remarkably friendly and helpful. The person taking my order informed me that my burger already came with a side of chips when I ordered chips, sparing me unnecessary chips, which has happened elsewhere *cough* Mount Rushmore cafeteria *cough*. WAY TOO MANY FRENCH FRIES, MOUNT RUSHMORE!!
Unfortunately, the price for 2 waters and a soda can .....10$ ...... also, staff was unable to keep their emotional distress to them selfsame and complained about customers and other staff....phone was ringing, and they cussed as if a customer was out of line to complain. I recommend you buy snacks and food prior to visiting the gardens. Gardens are a must see everything we are in the area. What a shame that this Cafe brings the experience down....
