Jack's Pancake~n~steak House

Why is Jack's Pancake and Steakhouse closed? Will it reopen, and if so, when?

I decided to give their advertised lunch a try. It was a bit underwhelming. Cleanliness doesn’t seem to be a priority here; this is a long-established local spot. While it might have some charm, I know of better options nearby. The highlight of Jack's is definitely the historical displays and articles about Hot Springs' past—those were great! Unfortunately, the service, cleanliness, and food didn't quite meet my expectations.

The experience was okay. The establishment could improve its cleanliness, and it seemed like one of the waitresses hadn't bathed recently. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly. However, cleanliness doesn’t seem to be a priority here. It’s a well-established, locally-owned spot, and they do offer a buffet on weekends, but I wouldn’t choose to return.
