The service was fantastic except this world. I felt like a celebrity. The burger was the best I ever had. They are unique that they also offer homemade pages such as okra, fried squash and fried green tomatoes along with typical short order options.
Amazing food, had a group of 9 and every single person food was great! Sweet potatoes, french fries and corndog, fried frog legs, chicken strips, chicken roast steak, cheeseburger, roasted pimples, potato peel... everything wonderful! The best place by far in Hot Springs for food. Our service was fantastic and everyone was very friendly. This little place is a must go! They scatter all things themselves and their cakes are homemade and you can absolutely say that they melt the fat they melt all in the daily. Amazing and at any time myself and my family returns to Hot Springs we return.
This place was great. The salted caramel cheesecake was great. I ordered the turkey melt, and it came with homemade chips. The sandwich was good, but I think they forgot to ruin one side of the bread. The chips were amazing. Definitely a local favorite because the place was packed.
Service 10/10 Amazing. All servers smiled and quickly all the time. Atmosphere: 7/10 there was a smell like you entered.. My wife said it was a polishing smell, I thought something else. Either it was quickly adjusted as we see the AMAZING view from the newly closed veranda food 9/10 portion sizes are impressive as you see below, and the flavors fit. I wasn't 100% sharp on the Philly, couldn't place what it was... But that happens. Not everyone likes everything. You have some good looking cake options for dessert but I have problems with what my waitress said. I don't think we have room for dessert after this meal. Definitely back.
We went here yesterday. Let me start by saying this, the food was awesome. It was cooked perfectly and everything that we ordered got eaten. However, the service was horrible! We had 3 children in tow and they were offered kid menus and crayons which they never received. When we did order, I was notified at that time that there were children's menu items. My husband got a burger and fries (we were all offered fries since they were out of chips) and he said it was the best burger he had ever had. I got a club sandwich and fries, and my youngest got cheese sticks, and my other two got children's chicken tenders and fries with a roll. Our grand total was 49.57, which I think was a bit overpriced for 2 sandwiches and children's chicken tenders and a 10 dollar basket of fried cheese. Upon delivery of the food, the server dropped 2/3 of my son's fries and his roll. She said she would replace it, but never did. He ended up eating mine instead. We were never checked on during our meal. Not once. After everyone finished our meals, the waitress finally offered us refills and dessert. We declined, because we had been ready to go for a bit. It took her 10-15 minutes to return with the check. My husband and I are sentimental folk, and we always return to places that make a good impression. I'm sad to say that despite the quality of the food, the service completely ran us off and we will never return. Also, the price listing on the two menus we received were different from one another, by quite a margin. The place was not crowded and there were several people on staff at that time. If they had seemed understaffed I would've been more understanding. But I really believe we didn't get good service because our server was too busy socializing and taking breaks. Good luck if you go!
