I *really* love to stop here for how amazing their meat is. That being said, I used to work in the food industry and I always have a hard time at any restaurant I go to the problems I had here: their ketchup and mustard bottles are not clean at all. Using one will literally make your hand black and gross, and if the outside isn’t clean then the inside isn’t clean, either. Most surfaces are not tended to: handles and primary contact surfaces are always visibly covered in fingerprints and dirty, and these surfaces can also be old and gross (even the sink handles and door handles). I would recommend (if I owned the business it would happen regardless) installing two more sinks (one for the dining area and the other for the bar area) so servers can wash their hands before servings guests, and place them accessibly and out of the way such that guests may even be able to use the sinks. A sink is a priority in my restaurant. I’m always surprised to find that a two ounce soufflé cup of mayo is served with each burger. I personally don’t like mayo. I’m also always disappointed at their fries, so I started ordering them extra crispy and they’re much better. They also serve WAY too many fries, at least for me. A small fry will be easily as large as a medium to large fry in a Michelin star restaurant. I would definitely recommend ordering fries to be cooked way longer, and it’ll help you appreciate the amount of fries served. Now, when I enter, sometimes I will smell the strong smell of vinegar and/or something, but I wonder why it’s seldom/never used. I’ll keep coming for their incredible meats, but otherwise it’s always hard for me to get over the uncleanliness. Not gonna lie: if your front end restaurant is that filthy, I know the kitchen is many times worse. O_O
