Subway - Hot Springs

I dine at this location fairly often, and it's usually excellent. However, during my last two orders through the app, they neglected to toast my sandwich despite the instructions clearly saying to do so. It seems I may have to remove this place from my go-to list for the time being.

It's a cozy little Subway location that was clean, and the service was excellent.

The person at the counter was quite rude to the elderly gentleman in front of me. I just don't get it.

This is my favorite subway location in town. The staff is consistently excellent and they always get my order right. My only complaint is that customers need to show more appreciation by using the tip jar! Those employees truly deserve it!

We always enjoy our visits here. Everything is fresh in both appearance and flavor. The staff is friendly, and we've never encountered any problems.
