Dean was extremely rude to my team when we came into eat. I understand that big groups coming in can be annoying but he yelled and told us we weren’t allowed to stay because he didn’t want to wash trays. Womp Womp. It’s your job to be kind and serve the costumers coming into your store. I work in costumer service and would never be rude to my paying costumers.

They actually had made me mozzarella sticks instead of jalapeños bites and i had to go in but they were all very pleasant it's not always gonna work out but at least they made it right as they could.

Fries were cold, stale, oversalted, asked for replacement without salt, replacement was fresh and hot, still oversalted, threw them away, didn't have time to wait for another

I am hooked on this place now. The app is quick and easy to use to place orders, and they include special deals for ordering online. The dining area is awesome and well themed for Pierre.
