Domino's Pizza - HOUNSLOW

During Easter weekend, the restaurant was very busy with a long queue as expected. The front staff was occupied with taking phone calls, while only two staff members were preparing pizza. It took nearly half an hour for a medium pizza to be ready. I regretted accepting the offer of a 7.99 deal for a two-topping pizza. Adding an extra sauce cost an additional 0.69. Overall, it was a total waste of time and money.

I placed an order to the Cranford branch, which is a 6 minute drive from my place of work and the driver took 35 minutes from when he left the store to get to me, unbelievable, he went up the M4 for a drive and then back. this place is a joke.

Poor customer service and experience The pizza was burnt! I ordered a medium margarita for collection but was charged £12 for a media size margarita because I didn’t have any toppings

I don’t know where to start it from Pizza is alright but the staff there who works is absolutely ridiculous staff they don’t know how to speak to the customers I had been there to pick up the pizza but no one came to serve me for at-least 5-7 min I was waiting like a fool even though I had ordered it online and guess what i ordered large pizza and they gave me medium absolutely ridiculous . And one of the time i ordered the pizza online and they forgot to give me the drink. And never apologised and next time i forgot to order something and I called them and told them to add wings with my order. The guy named zen was very rude and very disrespectful and was shouting on me saying that I was wasting his time. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Not the best Dominos. Pizza below average. I am recommending to find better one if you can...
