The restaurant was listed as open online, but upon arrival, it was closed with no food, bar service, or room service available.

I had booked a wedding function at this restaurant for August 2020, but unfortunately, the events director, Amandeep, has stopped communicating with me regarding a refund. Due to government guidelines, weddings are not allowed to take place in the UK, and I am now out of a significant amount of money for my wedding. I have tried reaching out to Amandeep Kaur and Jorgen Rasmussen, but have not received any replies for weeks. If anyone else has had similar issues, please contact me. I advise anyone thinking of booking a wedding here to avoid doing so. It is disappointing to see that their LinkedIn profiles do not match their behavior.

This hotel is excellent value and I cannot find any faults with it. I highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel, my only criticism is the lack of vegan options on the menu, thought for a large London hotel they would have got this right ????

This hotel did not meet the standards of a 4-star establishment. I was kept awake for three nights in a row by loud events playing music until 1am. The front desk did not seem to care about the noise. The rooms were basic, with a double bed that was actually two singles pushed together. The bathroom had stains on the walls, peeling paint on the tub, and unidentified substances on the shower curtain. I would highly recommend avoiding booking a room here.
