Feedback gevenOrdered from Hounslow McDonald's via the McDonald's app. Order arrived in good time and was warm but one item was missing, which was Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe and the exact same thing happened the last time we ordered through the app, with the exact same item missing. You then have go through calling Uber for a refund. I think next time we will avoid ordering the Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe.
This Mc Donald’s Traveler's friends Hounslow deserves bellow zero because of what they are doing in their car park and installing MET car park cameras to fine their customers when they go to make and order of take away and then share 50 of those fines collected with MET , this branch full of thieves and the manager is a big thief , also the staff non of them English native speaking , and the food is disgusting and cold also my son had stomach bug for one week after we ate at this beach and we will never eat in Mc Donald’s again for every ,
Later in the evening there services are slow as compared to day time which should ideally be opposite.
Since it's been refurbished, service has gone down. Chips soggy and unsalted, barely any chicken in the wrap. Not going back
