Moot - HOUNSLOW

Arranged a large working lunch here. They accommodated a large last min booking, fair enough. But the staff were rude! No smiles, and everything we asked felt like a burden, or like we were asking above and beyond their pay grade. I wouldn’t mind but we spent A LOT in there! A shame the staff aren’t great as the food is quite nice and it’s close to the office. However we won’t be visiting again.

Moot has a number of large wooden tables, that make it a good choice for larger groups from the various offices nearby. The food is OK, if not exceptional, with a typical modern pub-restaurant menu of burgers, etc. and some veggie options. Beer is fashionably expensive.

Lunch here with business colleagues. They selected grilled cod with lentils which was good but I made mistake of ordering their burger which was too under cooked for me, pity.Had a good Guinness.They have several huge tables for business lunches so can share table unless officious staff involved.

Had the fish and chips for lunch today. Total disappointment. The fish was over battered and over cooked, almost seemed that they ran out of fish and used the batter to compensate. Food was oily and even the chips were over cooked. Literally left a bad taste in teh mouth

I am a little bit disappointed with the service provided. Expensive and few food. No drinks menu. And slow service.
