Nass Fast Food - HOUNSLOW

I often pop in here after a late one and my experience is a good one. Reasonably priced and really tasty burgers.

When I was a student I came here regularly I decided to return to buy a few nass burgersAnd chicken nuggets for myself and my partner I live in North London and I knew that I would have to part warm the food again due to the distance on buying a takeaway in Hounslow I got home and my partner was extremely excited that I bought nuggets and burgers back for us to enjoy The burgers were actually not bad, they could’ve done with the mayonnaise being spread evenly and the chilli sauce being spread evenly The nuggets were horrendous. They were pretty much fully battered and no chicken and to top it off the person serving me only putThe ready-made chilli sauce This is her renders that I was given ready made chilli sauce to go with the nuggets and one phoning him he told me that the shop made chilli sauce would be an extra 45p This is ridiculous charging a customer for shop made chilli sauce add 45p I told Farooq in the shop to ask the owner or his daughter who both know me to call me to discuss this matter I am yet to have a call and I am so angry that I spent £20 on a takeaway meal which just was not fit for purpose I have to be honest I have to write this place now as negative as I will never return Uncle Naz you have lost a very loyal customer

Believe me the red chilly powder was sprinkled on the top like 3 full spoons. To give customer ulcer Tasteless food. They should higher proper chef instead of workers who have no idea.

This place is a delight for Tawa based delicacies . Their tawa dishes are great in taste and quite difficult to find elsewhere so that makes this place somewhat special and unique. Although all the Tawa ones are really good, a true food connoisseur may find the look and taste quite similar) Tawa portions are extremely generous and the staff is quite happy to pack the left over for take away. I saw some comments about the hygiene so need to leave a quick point about my experience, not trying to generalise but if I 'm too bothered about the hygiene I 'm definitely not going to Southall to dine although I do expect and have experienced reasonable hygiene standards being practised across most of the restaurants in Southall. I wouldn 't recommend their Hounslow based restaurant for families it 's closes now but I have been told it will re-open soon, may be it will be suitable for families then but in the as-is condition, definitely not for families) Southall is ok for family dining. Not giving a full 5 , just because I have not tried other things which have been recently added to the menu. Let me know if you happen to try their Nihari, Hallem, Paya etc)

It 's been a very long time since I 've been to Nass. Decided to head down as a group of 8. It 's still outdated in terms of decor and presentation. But we look beyond that as we knew the food in the past has been good. However, whilst waiting, one of the workers apron was absolutely filthy and should have raised alarms bells massive red stain across the front and random marks all over. He also had a filthy bandage on too. So we order and continue to wait, at this point, too hungry to register what we are seeing around us. Then bang, see a rat casually go up and down a gas pipe. Directly beneath was food containers. Suddenly put off our food. With politeness, as there were other guests too, advised the man in charge of what we had just seen and his response, 'achaa ' acting oblivious. We walked out, I 'm sure never to return. Place needs a major refurb and crack down on pest control.
