Tesco Cafe - HOUNSLOW

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible, with a staff member (I believe his name was Taufiq) constantly on his phone instead of attending to customers, and the food was just average. The staff seemed completely uninterested and did not offer any greetings or welcome. It really makes a difference who is working, as I had a great experience before with two women who created a welcoming environment and provided fantastic customer service with a smile. It was clear that they genuinely enjoyed their work.

I went to this restaurant for breakfast for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a Strawberry Frappe and was impressed with the variety of options available. The staff, Aliza and Manager Suzy, were friendly and accommodating. You can see the process of making the Frappe in the pictures. Overall, a great experience - highly recommend it. Thank you.

When we entered the cafe, a woman served us. We ordered two breakfasts, a coffee, and a mango drink. We paid for them, but when the food was brought to us, it was not what we had ordered. It turned out to be brunch instead of breakfast, and we couldn't even eat it. It was a waste of money.

This is a tesco cafe in all fairness. However, considering they are situated inside a huge supermarket with perfectly edible food, I am not sure why the food in the cafe is so awful. Myself and a colleague stopped for breakfast on the way back from Heathrow, in what turned out to be our worst decision of the day. He had a full english breakfast, and I had a bacon roll with some chocolate cake. We both had a hot drink too. Firstly the woman serving, was seriously miserable, bordering on plain rude. She served us the drinks fast...then took 20mins to serve the food, by which time the drinks were either going to be drunk, or stone cold. Not ideal either way. The food was a shambles. The bacon used did not taste like or even resemble bacon. The roll was stale. The cake was also stale. This is inexcusable, since the cafe has access to a whole shop full of decent food. My friend said the full english was the worst he had ever had. We left really annoyed, and without a doubt, its the worst food I have eaten so far this year (it is now June)
