I recently visited the restaurant and found that the price of their chicken biryani has been updated to £4 or £4.50. However, I was disappointed with the customer service as it was not as friendly and welcoming as it used to be when they were in their old location next door. It seems like the management may have changed or they are not as invested in the business anymore. I used to frequent this restaurant 2 or 3 times a month, but now I only go if I have no other choice or if I happen to be passing by because there are other options in the area that offer better quality food at a lower price.

You get what you pay for and at £4.00 for a filling tasty lunch you can’t go wrong ! Never had any problems been going there years. Lots of moaners on here putting down a hard working small business. Well done Zam Zam with the price of energy going crazy put your prices up I will still support you !

The staff at this restaurant were rude and unprofessional when I correctly claimed a refund for being overcharged £9.50. They refused to check the CCTV or call the police until I insisted. Eventually, they refunded me and apologized before the police arrived in order to avoid further escalation.

I visited Zam Zam briyani before. the biryani was great and we all enjoyed it.Hot and tasty. Yesterday 08 Nov 2020 i been to the place, Absolutely nobody. No rush. i first thought because of the lock down. Went in and ordered for 8 briyani for the family. to my surprise the biryani was cold. Usually they pack it in front of you. this time it was packed inside, the staff at the counter changed (New faces). the Kids didn't like it. with a lot of Oil. the taste is changed. Not good at all to eat. not tasty like before. I recommended most of my friends not to buy it any more. Looking for a new place to get good biryani.
