Feedback gevenThe food wasn’t hot, and it was maybe 2 dine in customer’s other then my party that came in, so it was not busy so there’s no reason that our food should have been cool. It’s like they didn’t even try. I definitely won’t visit again.
6:15pm on Wednesday 7/6 was my visit. I sat at the bar, not one of the 6 baseball games in progress were being displayed on the televisions. I asked the bar tender if he could put a game on and he put the college World Series game and an NBA basketball game (I assume summer league) and the rest remained talk shows. I was given so much attitude by the bartender for asking again for a live game to be put on one of the televisions, literally NONE of the TVs in the ENTIRE restaurant were tuned to a live game. I will no longer be going to BW3 as the bartenders aren’t trained to use the remotes and they are so full of attitude it’s unreal
I arrived at 12:13 a.m. and requested to put in a to-go order. Two employees flat out told me they were closed although the closure time is listed at 1:00 a.m. My order would have been finished with at least 15 minutes left before closing. Corporate needs to take a serious look at the operation of this location.
Last time I went to dine in at this location, we sat down and waited for at least 15 minutes. Nobody came to help us even tho they knew we were there, so we just left. But earlier this week, I ordered to go. When I picked it up, I saw that they added a To-go charge AND included a 15% tip in what they charged. I contacted corporate because I 'm pretty confident that 's not legal, but even if it is, is super bad business. I 'll never be coming back to this or any Buffalo Wild Wings. Very poor business practices and even worse customer service.
They are the best I take my dirt league baseball team there and they treat us like we are in the major leagues,,, Ryan , Lola , Ken ,,, all 3 are amazing and deserve raises.
