Burger 101 - Houston

The burgers here are decent, but not exceptional. I typically go for the Buffalo Castle, which I find enjoyable. However, the staff is only visible twice: when you place your order and when they bring your food, which I’m not particularly fond of. My favorite is definitely the Buffalo Castle; I really appreciate how the cheese is perfectly melted, and the fries are always well-seasoned, never too salty. While the burgers are significantly better than fast food, I can’t claim they’re the best in Houston since I haven’t tried what’s considered the best yet. One downside is that the place tends to be quite quiet, with not many customers around. On the plus side, I do like that it’s conveniently located just a short drive from my house.

The burgers and chicken sandwiches are juicy and full of flavor. The oversized onion rings are crunchy, but they lack seasoning and tend to be greasy.

I came here based on recommendations from many people, and so far, it's been a great experience!
