Feedback gevenI am extremely disappointed with Burger King. I waited in line for 10 minutes only to find out that the machine was completely out of order. This was frustrating as there were no signs indicating this on the drive-thru order screen. Due to this experience, I will not be using this facility again.
Unfortunately, the late-night staff are really understaffed, so it takes a very long time to be served. It's not the workers' fault, but when they do come, you may have to wait a while. The person who took my order at Burger Kingdom seemed to be a tired and overwhelmed child.
The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow, our order was incorrect, and we had to return to the drive-thru when the lobby was closed. We waited in the car for an additional 30 minutes to get our order corrected, and then waited another 10 minutes at the window. Oh!
*updated REVIEW*10 minutes drive wait again, and there are 2 cars ahead of me. incredibly slow. from bacon. from $1 jalapeno poppers. Why did you open the bank anyway?
After placing an online order and driving to the window they told me they can’t find my order and I can get a refund from my bank for my charges. I showed my receipt and asked the mgr.to call someone to fix the problem. She closed and locked the window and never came back.The Burger King app no longer exist.
