Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Houston

Cindy was absolutely fantastic. Her award-winning personality was matched perfectly with exceptional customer service. The food was delicious overall, though the steak could have been cooked a bit better. The prices were reasonable and the drinks were tasty.

I would like to give the atmosphere 3 stars, but it's not the restaurant's fault that some adults can't control themselves or kids are acting crazy. Therefore, I will give it 5 stars. My wife and I often visit this place as it is one of the few in Houston that never disappoints. The food is always great no matter what time of day. If there is ever an issue, the staff goes above and beyond to make it right, including the servers and management. Every time my family and I visit with a group of 4 or more, we receive excellent service in a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant has only improved with time. I want to commend the Cheddar's staff at this location for their hard work and dedication.

The steak was tough and it did not meet my expectations.

Went with family and grandkids. To a person everyone enjoyed the food. Nice place to eat.

Vaughn was amazing. From food and drink recommendations, great small talk. He is a beautiful asset to the Cheddar's team. The manager made it his business as well to make sure we received the best service.
