Coppa Osteria - Houston

We arrived for our 8pm reservation only to find out that the service was delayed by 45-60 minutes for seating, despite having a confirmed reservation. We ended up being able to get seats at the bar. The drinks were decent, although they seemed to be watered down. The food was good, but nothing extraordinary.

I was staying in the medical center area and stumbled upon this amazing restaurant! Wow! The charred octopus and halibut specials were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place. They offer valet services, although I am not sure of the exact times. I also had the best espresso martini of my life here!

Delicious food! I love eating family-style, and for two people, you will leave feeling satisfied if you order two appetizers and one main dish (pasta).

Overall, the restaurant is OK, but likely would not come back again. The food options felt over priced especially after you taste the food and its just fine. Service was OK, but definitely room for improvement. The restaurant also felt crammed and chaotic, but hopefully that was just a one time thing. On a bright note, they did have a decent selection of mocktails which was greatly appreciated!
