Feedback gevenUnfortunately, even though there were plenty of available seats, we were placed right by the front door. Each time someone entered, we had to contend with the cold draft. On a positive note, our food was served hot and ready. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5.
The food was served on dirty dishes, with remnants of the previous meal still stuck to them. It was absolutely disgusting. When we requested to pay for our drinks so we could leave, the manager approached our table with an attitude, as if we were the ones in the wrong.
To be clear, we arrived at 8:12 PM, and we didn’t get our food until 9:20 PM, which is unacceptable for a place with so few customers. Maria made excuses for her poor service, claiming she recognized me from a previous visit when I left her a $10 tip. This attitude is unprofessional and, unfortunately, it isn't the first time I've experienced it with her. In fact, other customers, who happen to be my neighbors, have also expressed their dissatisfaction with her service. This dinner was meant to be a special gift for my little brother's birthday, as he has been eager to eat at Denny’s for a long time. Instead, we were greeted by someone who didn’t show a hint of warmth or friendliness—she didn’t smile even once! The overall service was just terrible. I genuinely hope the restaurant reconsider its decision to have her in a managerial position.
This place has amazing waiters. I look forward to getting helped by Maria. They always make me feel welcomed no matter what time of the day.
We went after work for dinner, I ordered a steak dinner with mash potatoes with what was suppose to be white gravy.and onion rings. Steak was suppose to be med-rare, (it was not) but I chose not to send ot back. It was still delicious, onion rings were really good, I didn 't eat the mash. My honey shared his roasted potatoes those were delicious. We had to ask for steak knives, because we were given butter knives...lol sorry I had to laugh again. We didn 't get any napkins, I felt bad for our server, she had a huge section by herself and I saw the manager not showing any kind of support, he just went to what looked like the office.This was Friday between 4pm-6pm. I made sure she got her tip by handing it to her personally and said thank you.
