I had a great experience. I noticed the changes in the restaurant and I was told they had a new manager. whoever is the new manager, I want to say that you are doing a great job! Denny’s has been lucky to represent the company.
I came today with my family as usual and we had excellent service shay is the best. She was very attentive, we didn't have to ask her for something. they need more people like shay
I came to the restaurant by myself and ordered my food. I sat in a booth in the corner. My food arrived which was very enjoyable. Then to my surprise someone sit at my table that was uninvited. That person ordered something to eat and left without paying. The waiter put the food on one bill. I never expected to pay for two people because I came back myself. I couldn't afford both meals first of all and secondly I don't like seeing anyone getting messed over. She I tried to call someone that could help me pay for the bill that wasn't mine. I really feel like I shouldn't have to pay for someone else food. I just feel like the waiter should have asked if we were together or separate. That way this type of situation wouldn't never happen.
Well, you know the old saying … “You don’t plan to go to Dennys, you just end up there!” Again, it was a late night traveling and no chance to eat earlier. I highly recommend to pass up their steak dinner; no taste (bland) and a bit tough. It’s nothing to write about, well, unless it’s negative. Just pray there are other options open when you land.
