I had hoped that the negative reviews were exaggerated or outdated, but unfortunately, my experience at this higher-end restaurant was disappointing. The braised short rib pasta tasted like a soggy TV dinner that had been left out for hours. The broccoli and fettuccini were both mushy, though the meat was tender. Surprisingly, the baby carrots were the only items with some crunch, but they were so tough that the plastic utensils were unable to cut through them, forcing me to use my fingers. At least the beer was served cold, and the servers were friendly. As I sat there trying to enjoy my $30 overcooked meal, I found myself gazing across the hall at Wendy's and wishing I had chosen that instead, as the food there would have undoubtedly been fresher.

It's ok. They have a beer that's 7 dollars which is fairly rare for an airport. Food came out quickly and the staff is nice though!

Order process has changed; must use Q scan and order online. Mistakes made with order and not acknowledged by staff. They were rude in their response not to mention VERY unintentive. Food used to be good but is now overcooked and tasteless. Way too many choices at IAH to waste your money here. I’m done eating here.

I don't want to order from a tablet that doesn't work and doesn't get the order into the kitchen. Thank you for refunding my dinner but a little human interaction during dinner can't hurt and get rid of those stupid tablets.

As far as airport food goes it was quick and delicious! Far better than ready made sandwich or salad out of the fridge!! Had a good manhattan to wash it down, complete with a real classic cocktail cherry not that glow in the dark maraschino cherry tahtll give you cancer.
