Firehouse Subs Meyerland - Houston

Great store, great staff, friendly! Love the food!!!!

I ordered a combo with chili! It was boiling it was so hot. I ate my sandwich and my pickle, and it was still steaming hot and burning my mouth and throat. I asked if they could put it in the fridge and one of the staff said i can't serve it to u cold. Then she takes it and buts a frigid lid on top of it. I guess to keep the steam in. I asked to take it home. It was still boiling hot after being in the fridge. I do believe that staff member has no idea how hot soup should be. I could have had a big law suit! Somebody needs to retrain her or fire her b4 she harms someone ad they do have a law suit!

Please know that the new gyro has not half as much meat as the hero. But tastes good! Outstanding service, thanks!

Food was good. Honored the first responders BOGO promo. Staff were friendly. No complaints.

I absolutely LOVE this firehouse subs meyerland plaza location! Words can’t even describe how awesome the staff members are. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with friendly smiles and positive attitudes. They even give recommendations on what toppings would go best with what subs. I’ve tried some of the recommendations and it did make my sub taste even better.
