I had a very disappointing experience at Lucero. The staff member was incredibly rude and refused to let me redeem my birthday sub, despite having my ID and the barcode from the app. She kept yelling that the franchise owners changed the rules, but I couldn't find any information on their website indicating that birthday vouchers are no longer accepted. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

I requested an extra sauce bag, but the staff said no. I'm a big fan of Firehouse Subs and usually get a whole bottle of sauce. The customer service could be better; one additional sauce bag wouldn't significantly impact their inventory. Overall, I’d rate the food as 3 out of 5.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I consistently order the same dish every week through the mobile app since my specific vegetarian sub options vary significantly from what's listed on the menu, and I prefer not to overwhelm the cashier. Every time I arrive, my order is always ready. A definite highlight of my visit is the cherry limeade, and the staff is more than willing to bring me fresh limes whenever I request them. While the mobile app could offer more drink and side options for dine-in customers, my overall experience and the quality of the food remain excellent every time I visit.

Was having a rough day and had a lot to carry, but the staff were very nice and attentive. Elizabeth was the one who stood out the most and was there to help out with everything I needed. Just wanted to write a review on how appreciative I am.

Went through the drive through and ordered a brownie. The lady forgot to put it in the bag. No big deal I still had my receipt so I went back in. They literally told me I way lying and they gave all of their brownies out. Why would I lie over $1.99? I couldn't believe it smh.
