Fusion Taco - Houston

Many parking spaces on the east side. good deals at the Taco-Tuesday! the margs were good, but had a lot of ice. the tacos were great. some of the best I ever had. pricey, but it's worth it.

I'm hesitant to contribute a positive review only because I dont want Fusion to become too popular... I dont like crowds! I'm joking of course. Fusion Taco is a great place and their success is well deserved . Unlike anywhere I've dined at before. I've tried several of their various tacos over the last year or so. My favorite tacos by far, which I order at least twice a week, are the falafel and the tuna poke (on occasion I order the seared brussel sprouts as a side or as a taco). The flavors and textures of all three tacos (falafel, tuna, brussel sprouts) are sheer perfection! I've had two of their rice bowls (Mediterranean bowl with falafel, and the south Texas bowl with angus hanger steak). The bowls are almost too much to finish, and the steak in the south texas bowl is really well prepared and tasty. If you are looking for something unique and delicious, you must visit Fusion Taco.

Amazing tacos at a great price. I was very impressed on my first visit. Everyone was extremely kind and it was very clean!

Have been a fan since their opening however last 2 visits have been bit of a let down. The brisket taco were tough and dry and chicken Thai were so salty couldn't eat them. Will try the bowls before I give up.

Great happy hour. $3 tAcos were amazing. $5 margaritas were made to perfection. Hope to visit again.
