This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The service is excellent; your drink is always filled, and you receive a fresh plate without needing to ask for anything. The ribeye steak here is one of the best I've ever tasted—it was incredible. The grilled shrimp and pineapple were also delicious! While the salad bar is nice, it doesn't have as many options as some other Brazilian steakhouses. The crème brûlée cheesecake was divine! My only issue was that they didn't inform us about the holiday surcharge, so the final bill ended up being much higher than expected.

Very similar to your traditional Brazilian steakhouses here in Texas but with a more diverse menu. Service is on point, meat quality is great, and very ample dining room. I’d definitely return and recommend this restaurant. Thanks Gauchos Do Sul!

We visited this restaurant for dinner on a Friday and made a reservation, which turned out to be a smart choice since they were fully booked. The salad bar was impressive, featuring a nice variety of cheeses, cold cuts, and salads. The meat was flavorful; we particularly enjoyed the house special and the thinly sliced ribeye. Surprisingly, the grilled pineapple was delicious as well. The drinks were spot on. I would rate the service with 5 stars—our waitstaff were fantastic, attentive, and fun. I would definitely come back!

We had a reservation for 6:30 on a Monday, and upon arrival, we noticed the restaurant was quite empty. As soon as we stepped in, the hostess greeted us warmly and acknowledged our anniversary, as noted in our reservation. She promptly seated us, which was a lovely touch. Our waiter was friendly and thoroughly explained the routine. Throughout the evening, several staff members regularly checked in to refill our water and drinks, and they were all very attentive. The salad bar offered a nice selection. While I'm not a fan of traditional salads, I appreciated the variety of meats, cheeses, shrimp, bread, and soups available. My wife, on the other hand, enjoyed the salad bar immensely. After we finished our salads, we were served clean plates along with a few side dishes. The meats that were brought out were exceptional and cooked to our desired temperatures. Another highlight was the shrimp and pineapple dish. Both the shrimp from the salad bar and the grilled shrimp from the kitchen were fantastic. The drinks were well-crafted, and the presentation was impressive. I would highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions. It is on the pricier side, but we really enjoyed our experience. Just a tip: take your time here! We felt a bit rushed during the first 30 minutes, but once we slowed things down, we were able to savor the evening and truly enjoy our time together. It turned out to be a very relaxing and memorable night.

I decided to take a chance on this restaurant after hearing someone praise it. I’m glad I did—the food, service, and ambiance were all excellent. I usually frequent Fuego, but I was looking for a change, and this place turned out to be a great choice, especially for celebrating my anniversary. The service from all of our servers was outstanding, and I can confidently say I will definitely return.
