Kfc - Houston

Lobby was closed at 5 o’clock in spite of the fact that there was a security officer sitting in the parking lot. I traveled all the way from downtown to this location by train just because it was supposed to be open.

Usual KFC food...biscuit was hard! Service was great,prices to high.Food: 4/5

Stopped at another KFC and realized items were missing. I had my receipt and they wouldn't give me a biscuit and side of potatoes.

This is the worst KFC for customer service. I sat here for 45 min on lunch. And they are rude. I saw them huddling inside the office while I stood trying to get their attention. And one of em who is the chicken cooker just starred at me like I wasn't even there. Overall the way they treat people is terrible. Update! Lady just asked her if she had anymore Pepsi and she says. Pick something else. We're not changing it right now! Terrible.....

The original chicken meal was way to greasy! And the clerk a very curt direct attitude. Also, she needs to switch off the mike when she expressed her snide comments!
