Liberty Taco - Houston

10/10 Try this place. We have read some other reviews that said we tried this place and were very happy. It is a small taco place in a stripe center looking area. The Queso and chips with added beef were delicious. Chips were fresh and crispy, the queen was not sharp, but had great taste when you? re a queso lover. We asked for recommendations and finally tried the Kogi, Baja Shrimp, Cali Club, Honey Chipotle Rib and the Barbacoa. We arranged them with whom one had the best taste we liked most. #0 Queso and Chips #1 Kogi and Honey Chipotle Rib for the first time bound. #2 Baja Shrimp #3 Barbacoa #4 Cali Club The Kogi was simply with great taste, nothing about powering. The Honey Chipotle Rib was sweet, jalapeño added good taste and were hot at all. The Baja Shrimp was slightly scattered and freshly tasted. The Cali Club was not bad, but was a little hard to eat because it was so big and not the taste of the others. *We didn't try any of the sauces that came with the tacos.

I was with my husband this afternoon. Delicious?!!! Even better than Fusion taco and Torchys IMO!!! Husband has: Kobi, Liberty Steak, Tejano Beef husband favorite: Tejano Beef wife: Cajun Fish, Baja Shrimp, Tequila Shrimp. Favourite Wife: Tequila Shrimp Holen She's hot sauce, adds a good kick

Thanks to this small cozy place, I have to go back and take back a star from every Taco place I checked before, as it set the bar so high. The tacos from this place are simply fabulous and so delicious! And they are also relatively inexpensive. I suggest to try their Kogi Taco, because it was so good, I ordered another one to come back to my hotel for a late snack. I also tried her Caribbean chicken per waitress suggestion. I usually don't like mixing sweet and salty, but oh boy I was falsely proven. It was finger licking good! Let the casual and insignificant look fool you, the food is lit!?

First, the restaurant is very clean and welcoming. I really enjoyed the experience in Liberty Taco. The aromas and spices in food are excellent. The spices and taste of taco sauce depending on taste, is definitely on a perfect level for varying spicy to mild and very tasteful. The fusion menu they have is definitely on point and very tasteful. They also have original taste that will definitely stop your desire. The restaurant was pleasant every time I made an order. Got breakfast tacos here and was mostly disappointed. The bacon was 90% fat. None of the tacos had enough cheese. I?m not even sure they added cheese. The tortillas were just ok, but not homemade like I was hoping. On a positive note, the chorizo and jalapeño sausage was good. Just wish they had more cheese.
