Mcdonald's - Houston

Terrible service! There was hardly anyone present, yet my order was still wrong. The scrambled eggs were undercooked, and they forgot to include utensils and syrup. They rushed customers through the drive-thru as well. This place definitely needs new management urgently!

This McDonald's consistently has a long drive-thru line, and the store doesn't offer dine-in service. The staff are always extremely friendly, and the wait time is generally quick. Food rating: 4/5.

I visited this restaurant on Sunday, November 6th, and I had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, and the food was served hot. I also noticed that the manager had a great rapport with the staff. This is hands down the best location I've been to so far. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Best mcdonalds in Houston. This used to be my go to spot until I moved further from it. You don't recognize a good thing till it's gone. This place has FAST service and never messes up an order. Sometimes the employees seemed high which is fine by me because the place was ran very well.Food: 5/5
