Mcdonald's - Houston

I would give this place five Stars mainly due to the insane value your dollar gets in McDonald's, the updated interior/appliances, and finally because I ordered a twenty piece McNugget and got them in hand and fresh before I could even pocket my receiptFood: 4/5

Their service is good for McDonalds. Very fast drive through. Just don’t order 2 orders on your phone and go in the drive through. They will get nervous and not know how to do it.

I know it's a privilege for a company to offer free meals. Very disappointing to be told by the manager I wasn't a veteran on Veteran's Day when I stopped at this location in Rice Village. I was in uniform, she asked for my ID and then proceeded to tell me I was not a Veteran according to McDonald's. Never had that happened especially in uniform. I wasn't going to argue just paid for my coffee and left. Over 20 years with deployments and I am not a Veteran... wow manager and owner of this McDonald's

Had the entire order wrong. My 2 kids were really disappointed on the night of 11/6/22. I will not be coming here again even though we have been loyal for the past 3 years. Management only shrugged and took no responsibility. I hope that there are changes that take place.

I arrived at 10:28 and entered my breakfast biscuit order in the kiosk bc they don’t have a Humaan to take your order. I tried to pay but it wanted a code and ask me to sign in then wouldn’t let me back out. I pushed assistance button. No one came then I heard they had stopped taking breakfast orders. I will now go to Buger King, Denny’s or Starbucks!
