Mcdonald's - Houston

I never really had a problem with this place. Every time I go there to order food, they have what I desire and the quality is pretty good.

Good staff! Usually in and out of drive thru pretty fast in the morning! But don't use the ride thru at noon. You will sit forever

The McDonald team made a mistake on my order. I drove back to the store and informed them that they made a mistake on my order in a quiet way. The service manager didn't talk to me until I asked the manager after they finally made my order. I wonder why they didn't feel that I had to go back all the way, just asking to make my order right, was suddenly considered rude. I asked about the name of the MOD and she refused her name. I don't feel like it's the right way to team someone. The whole team still ignores me because I asked the manager for a name. After all, another shift manager did the right thing and treated me like the same person and discussed with me and listened to me instead of just ignoring me. He could talk to me like another person about my order and even said that I'm sorry we made a mistake. This last manager is the kind of person to manage a bigger team, not the first MOD I've treated. Hopefully, the general manager of the store will call me back, I can praise him for what he said and did. Not so much the other person.

I was very hungry after the physical therapy so I thought the ride through would be fast, but it was awfully slow. Eating was warm but not hot as it should be so easy for something. Food: 4/5

Asked for hotcakes after being in line for 30 minutes they give me this even after repeating my order 3 times not the best but oh well at least “friendly” if you know what I mean
