I had some of the best Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef soup from Hue) in the US at this restaurant. The cha hue is made in-house and absolutely delicious!

I really enjoyed the crystal dumplings at this restaurant. The service was friendly, but they seemed understaffed and not busy enough to match the quality of the dumplings.

The restaurant is average. The service is slow, so it's not the place to go if you're in a hurry. It seemed like there were only two employees working at the time. I even witnessed a table leaving because they had to wait so long for service. I tried the banh nam, which tasted good, but the nuoc mam sauce was bland. I also ordered the mi quang for the first time and it wasn't what I expected. The noodles were thick like udon noodles and the broth was tasty. Although they are known for their banh beo, I chose not to order it. The clams were not good and lacked flavor, perhaps they needed more seasoning like lemongrass. Overall, I don't understand the hype for this place, or maybe I just chose the wrong dishes.
