This is the perfect spot for food and hookah! It's hands down the best lounge in the Houston area. The prices are reasonable, and both the food and hookah are fantastic. I really enjoy watching games on the big screen. I appreciate that they offer Staruzz hookahs, which are the best, as well as the new Starstaruzz. The owners—Nomi, Shawn, Irfan, and Arslan—are very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

After having a few questions, I sent them a message on Facebook, and to my surprise, the owner, Nomi G, personally added me and addressed my inquiries. It was impressive to see such prompt and genuine engagement from him, especially compared to other lounges that often lack enthusiasm for customer relations. I made my reservation through Facebook, and Nomi assured me that he would set up a section for our group and oversee our party personally—which I thought was fantastic. On the night of the event, Nomi and his team excelled at keeping my guests and me satisfied. Typically, in other hookah lounges, larger parties experience infrequent visits from servers, leading to frustration, especially with a group of 10 or more. However, O2 provided excellent service throughout the night. Overall, O2 offers delicious food at reasonable prices, great hookah deals, and outstanding service. If you're growing tired of your usual hookah spot or looking for a new venue to try, I highly recommend giving this place a shot!
