Question? I ordered the vegan spring rolls and the vegan Pho. The spring rolls were delicious because they had fried torots in them and I am in this kind of thing. The peanut sauce was also good. The vegan pho... well regular restaurants never really serve a delicious vegan pho, so I am never surprised if it is more of a noodle soup than a pho. It was good, but don't expect a Pho.

I can't begin to express how amazing everything I was ordered. Started with a fresh lemonade. Sounds basic? No, it had mint and sweetened to perfection. Then the Artichokes came. I had never prepared an artichoke in this way. It looked strange on the plate and I was cautious at first place, but the first bite BLEW MY MIND! It was a bit crispy at the edges and super delicate. Oh, and it tasted like nothing I've ever eaten. It changed life. Next was the spring roll. At first they were HUGE and second delicious. So much taste. Finally the main course, Spicy Lemongrass Tofu. That was nothing like a lemongrass tofu I've ever had. The sauce was rich with a smokey taste and only a little spicy. I am usually not a fan of tofu that is not deeply fried crispy, the texture is usually too squishy otherwise if that makes sense. But this court changed my whole perspective on what Tofu could be! It was solid and fleshy and TO THE FOR!! The waitress was perfect. She knew exactly what Vegan meant and helped me lead to the perfect meal. My only regret is that I could not try any vegan option! I was full and happy. If you weren't, you should go right away.

I tried vegan version pho in many places, but this is THE BEST! When we first tried, I had to look twice and smell it to make sure that I didn't serve the wrong broth. There are 2 pho versions: a veggie with tofu and an artichoke pho. Both are fantastic. Your artichoke appetizer is amazing. We usually get the spicy lemongrass tofu, which is also amazing. I would give them 5 stars, but the app only allows for all vegan restaurants. It is hard to eat any other vegan pho after trying this place. Service is always very friendly and professional.

As the woman moved to Houston, near the Galeeria, she found this jewel near her. She went to this restaurant and found it authentic and fresh. Tonight, she wanted me to try it. We were greeted and they were very friendly. This is very important to me to feel welcome. I ordered pho tai and woman ordered her grilled meat spring roll, the way they plated and show the food was brilliant especially the Pho. They pushed a car with a bowl of Pho without the broth, I was only shocked, but then she had a boiler and poured the light bark into the bowl. The Pho was delicious, light but also very hearty. I eat a lot of Pho, by far it was a great experience. I recommend this place, oh wait! I forgot the spoons of cream. It was perfect, not too sweet and a beautiful crust of sugar. I was very happy and would definitely go back. Overall, amazing eating experience and amazing hospitality.
