Panaderia Pupuseria Renderos - Houston

I usually have a great experience when I visit but today was not good. I ordered when I got there but they were busy. Unfortunately, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my take out order. The place was crowded so while waiting for my food I gave up my seat so that some dine in customers could be accommodated. I went to my car to wait and when I returned my food still was not ready. The staff seemed apologetic but they did not offer anything to compensate me for my inconvenience. When I got the food I ordered a pupusa that was cramped into a smaller than usual take out container so it was half the usual size...I typically make two meals out of visit. Not today. Highly disappointed ?

Was on hold for 10 minutes just to place an order. Ridiculous. The way they respond to their customers reviews is disrespectful. Everyone will see how you run your business.
