Pizza Motus - Houston

Very recommended. 5/5. Delicious pizza, delicious hot sauce (o’come on hot sauce) and a very beautiful decoration / vibe. The crust is particularly tasty and unlike anyone I have eaten personally. I ordered a personal caprese while my partner had a personal pepperoni pizza. The personal size is enough for two people to be honest. They have gluten-free sandwiches and salads.

Crispy prosciutto. That should be all you need to know. This pizza is GREAT!! The personal size is more than enough for a person and have I mentioned the crispy prosciutto? Everything! The Vegetarion Box Pizza is a mountain of fresh, seasonal vegetables that basically also gives a salad. You even have an open window to get it through the pane/square!! And above all, don't forget the crispy Prosciutto.

Will Gruy's new restaurant, Pizza Motus: Roman Inspired Cucina, is set to open in West University, specializing in Roman street food-inspired pizza. This pizza movement is making its way to Houston, featuring family-style Italian concepts and using imported flour from Italy. They serve outstanding freshly made rosemary potato chips. Since they are currently in the soft opening phase, be sure to be patient. Wishing this spot all the best on its second day!

Charming little pizza spot with a straightforward menu and delicious food. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It was quite busy during our visit, which added to the lively atmosphere. Overall, we had a delightful dining experience.

I'm not even a big pizza fan, but man, the pizza here!!! We had a hh here, everything was fantastic! Owner Will told us that they ferment the flour imported from Rome, with a minimum of yeast and no sugar added, for 96 hours. The yeast is digested. The crust is super airy, love it! Every tablet gets out in a minute. So good, and you just have to try it for yourself!!
