Pollo Campero - Houston

I ordered six-piece nuggets through the drive-thru and ended up waiting fifteen minutes. My child liked them, so I went inside to order a nine-piece, and the wait was just as long. While I waited in the lobby, I overheard an employee tell another that they hadn’t even started cooking the chicken yet. It was incredibly frustrating to witness. I also saw someone else walk in to place an order, and they had to wait just to do that, despite all these staff members standing around. It simply doesn’t make any sense. I will not be coming back here again!

Save your time and money. This place is nothing like Pollo Campero. The flavor is totally different, and the prices are way too high.

The food was delicious and absolutely worth the trip. I was a bit annoyed that drinks weren't included with the meal. Nonetheless, I will definitely return, even though fast food isn't typically my first choice.

The chicken was outstanding! The staff were very friendly, and the service was excellent.

The staff at this restaurant is very nice and attentive. The chicken is incredibly rich in flavor, and the potatoes are also quite rich.
